Completion: 2009 This parking addition was an ultimately successful attempt to revitalize the visitor’s entry and parking experience for Peterson Manufacturing of Grandview, MO. Our client wanted to show a welcoming face to its business associates as well as provide a covered parking structure with a modern, streamlined look. This 5,646 s.f. structure includes a private two-car garage for the owner, a 10-car parking shelter, and an entry canopy complete with a sleek, stainless-steel fascia. In addition, the black marble veneer on the existing storefront façade adds a touch of professionalism. In-landscape signage and paired flagpoles complete the memorable image, which gives visitors a much-improved impression of the facilities. Site work includes a new driveway, sidewalk and retaining wall with matching stone finish. |
